Vincent L. Flowers is the Founder/President of VLFLOWS, LLC & J&J Business Technology Leader.
Mr. Flowers has 20 years of experience in Information Technology. He earned his Bachelors of Science in Industrial Systems and Engineering from The Ohio State University. In 2007 he started VLFLOWS, LLC which is a web design and consulting firm that creates websites for clients nationwide. When he’s not building brands or participating in the Corporate game, he is striving to instill into his daughter and son the To The Moon & Back Foundation value statement "changing communities through the power of giving."
Who do you look up to most, and why?
Very difficult question, there are several friends in my inner circle that I consider de facto mentors. I admire several qualities within them from their parenting styles, their dedication to their families, their contributions to the community as well as their work ethics.
If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would you go? What would you do there?
Return to Fiji and snorkel with the octopuses.
What's your favorite book and why?
Wouldn't call myself an avid reader.
What does "paying it forward" mean to you?
Paying it forward to me is providing opportunities across different spectrums to ensure that doors and obstacles are collectively broken down for anyone that can utilize assistance.
