Lorain, Ohio native Toni Morrison, who is a highly acclaimed Nobel Prize and Pulitzer Prize winner, shared this valuable advice with her students: “When you get these jobs that you have been so brilliantly trained for, just remember that your real job is that if you are free, you need to free somebody else. If you have some power, then your job is to empower somebody else.” Tell us in 500 words or less, how you will put that message into action by paying it forward to empower others.
